Is personal information about me stored or shared?
We do not share, store, or sell any information that can identify you as an individual. The bike trips, GPS points, rating, and time are saved.
When you contact us via the app, you can choose to share the diagnostic data along with your email and name. We only store this information to provide relevant feedback. Data shared via the feedback function is periodically deleted.
Through cooperation with municipalities and organizations, we help improve the bicycle infrastructure and encourage more people to ride a bike. As part of those efforts, only anonymous aggregated data could be shared. In that case, personally identifiable information is removed and no individual bike rides can be discerned.
